Mario Badescu Special Cleansing Lotion C is an 8 oz (237 ml) toner formulated for combination and oily skin. It works as a clarifying step after cleansing, removing the residual oil, makeup and debris that a cleanser leaves behind and helping to keep pores clear — which is the practical reason to use a toner on oily skin, since congestion builds from exactly that residue. The C in the name refers to camphor, a traditional ingredient used to calm and soothe blemish-prone skin while helping to reduce the look of surface oil, so it addresses both congestion and irritation rather than simply stripping. Used consistently it leaves skin feeling clean and balanced, looking clearer and less shiny, and it can be applied as a targeted treatment on individual blemishes.
