Are all your products authentic?

Yes, absolutely. Every product we sell comes directly from the brand's authorized distributor. See our authenticity promise for details.

How long does shipping take?

1–2 business days. We ship anywhere in Iraq. Free shipping on retail orders over IQD 100,000.

How do I pay?

We accept cash on delivery, Zain Cash, and QiCard Payment

Can I return a product?

Yes. If a product is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered, return it within 30 days for a full refund. Unopened products can be returned within 14 days.

I received a wrong or damaged product. What do I do?

WhatsApp us a photo of the product and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund within 24 hours.

Which brands do you carry?

CeraVe, Cetaphil, La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Eucerin, OFRA, PanOxyl, Dr. Teal's, Cantu, NYX — with more brands being added regularly.

Do you sell testers or samples?

No. We only sell full-size, brand-new, sealed products. No used, opened, or testers.

Can you recommend products for my skin?

Can I open a wholesale account?

Yes, if you own or operate a pharmacy, beauty store, or online store. See our wholesale application page.

What's the minimum wholesale order?

$500 for your first order. $300 for reorders. Per-SKU minimums apply (typically 3–12 units depending on brand).

Do you offer payment terms?

Do you ship wholesale outside Iraq?

Not currently. We're a domestic distributor focused on Iraq. This may change in Years 3–4 of our growth plan.
