Mario Badescu Kiwi Face Scrub is a 4 oz (118 ml) physical exfoliant using kiwi seeds. The distinction from a chemical exfoliant matters: this works mechanically, with fine seed particles that physically sweep away dead surface cells, which gives an immediate, tangible smoothness you can feel straight away — whereas acids work gradually over days. That makes it the right choice when skin feels rough and looks dull and you want a visible result the same evening, before an event or after makeup has been sitting on congested skin. It also helps loosen blackheads and keep pores clear, and improves how well serums and moisturisers absorb afterwards. The kiwi seeds are fine rather than coarse, so it polishes rather than scratches. Best suited to normal, combination and oily skin, and better used once or twice weekly than daily. Apply to damp skin and massage in gentle circular motions, avoiding the eye area, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a moisturiser, and wear sunscreen daily.
