La Roche-Posay Lipikar Gel Lavant is a 400 ml soothing, protecting cleansing gel for dry and sensitive skin on face and body. The important thing about a body wash for dry skin is what it does not do: conventional shower gels rely on harsh detergents that strip the skin's lipid barrier, which is precisely why dry and eczema-prone skin feels tight and itchy immediately after a shower. This uses a soap-free, gentle base that cleanses effectively while protecting the barrier, and it includes niacinamide and La Roche-Posay thermal spring water to soothe as it washes. Skin feels clean, calm and comfortable rather than stripped, and it does not aggravate itching. Suitable for dry, sensitive and eczema-prone skin, for the whole family including children, and gentle enough for daily use on face, body and hands. Apply to wet skin, lather gently, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm rather than hot water. Follow with Lipikar body milk while skin is still slightly damp.
