Differin Daily Oil-Free Hydrating Cleanser is a gentle daily wash built to sit alongside acne treatments without adding to the irritation. This 6 oz (177 ml) bottle removes excess oil, sunscreen, makeup and daily build-up effectively, but does so with a mild, soap-free base rather than the harsh surfactants most acne cleansers rely on — which matters because skin using retinoids or benzoyl peroxide is already dry, tight and easily provoked, and over-cleansing simply makes it worse. Hydrating ingredients work through the wash to support the skin barrier, so skin feels clean and comfortable afterwards instead of stripped and squeaking.
