La Roche-Posay Physiological 24hr Deodorant Spray is a 150 ml deodorant developed for sensitive skin. Underarm skin is thin, frequently shaved and constantly in friction, which is why conventional antiperspirants — typically high in alcohol, aluminium salts and fragrance — so often cause stinging, redness and irritation. This is formulated without those aggressors while still delivering genuine 24-hour protection against odour, so you are not trading effectiveness for comfort. It is alcohol-free, which is the single biggest factor in the burning sensation on freshly shaved skin, and fragrance is kept minimal. It dries quickly without a sticky residue and does not stain or mark clothing, a common frustration with cream deodorants. Suitable for sensitive, reactive and eczema-prone skin, and for use immediately after shaving or waxing. Shake, hold a short distance from clean, dry underarms and spray, then allow a moment to dry before dressing. A sensible switch if you have assumed deodorant irritation is simply unavoidable.
