Eucerin Urea Repair Emollient 10% Urea is an intensive treatment for very dry, rough skin, in a 250 ml bottle. Urea is the key ingredient and it works two ways at once: it is a humectant, drawing water into the skin, and at 10 percent it also acts as a keratolytic, gently breaking down and loosening the hardened dead skin that creates rough, scaly patches. That dual action is why it resolves textures a conventional moisturiser never touches — persistent roughness on shins, elbows, knees and heels, and the dry, scaly skin associated with conditions like keratosis and ichthyosis. Skin becomes progressively smoother and more comfortable over days of consistent use rather than merely coated. The emollient base replenishes the lipids very dry skin lacks, and it absorbs into a non-greasy finish. Dermatologist recommended for daily use. Apply generously to clean skin, ideally after bathing while skin is still slightly damp. Avoid broken skin and mucous membranes, and introduce gradually if your skin is sensitive.
