CeraVe Foaming Cleanser for Normal to Oily Skin (French formulation) is the European version of the brand's dermatologist-developed daily gel wash. This 8 oz (236 ml) bottle removes excess sebum, sunscreen, makeup and pollution thoroughly — the part most gentle cleansers compromise on — without stripping the skin or leaving it tight and squeaking. The formula is the reason: three essential ceramides help maintain the skin's natural protective barrier, niacinamide works to calm and soothe, and hyaluronic acid helps skin retain moisture through the wash, so skin feels clean, comfortable and balanced rather than parched and reactive. It builds a light foam and rinses completely clean with no residue, working equally well as a brisk morning wash or the second step of an evening double cleanse. Fragrance-free, soap-free, non-comedogenic and non-drying, suitable for sensitive skin and safe for twice-daily use. Developed with dermatologists.
