CeraVe Acne Control Gel

CeraVe Acne Control Gel is a targeted leave-on treatment for blemish-prone skin, formulated to clear breakouts without wrecking the skin barrier. This 1.35 oz (40 ml) tube pairs 2% salicylic acid — a beta hydroxy acid that penetrates into the pore to dissolve the oil and dead skin cells that cause blackheads and blemishes — with niacinamide to help calm redness and visible inflammation. Crucially for an acne treatment, it also contains three essential ceramides and hyaluronic acid to support and hydrate the skin barrier, which is why it is far less likely to leave you peeling, red and raw than traditional spot treatments. The lightweight gel absorbs quickly with no tacky finish, so it layers cleanly under a moisturiser or sunscreen. With consistent use it helps clear existing breakouts, reduce their frequency and refine the look of enlarged pores and uneven texture.
